With a Tomao Platinum Pool Service & Repairs plan, you can sit back and relax knowing your pool is in good hands. Get weekly updates via text and email, so you're always in the loop. We offer reliable and consistent service, arriving on the same day each week, around the same time. Trust us to keep your pool sparkling and inviting all season long!

CHEM ONLY

$99 / MONTH*

Includes weekly testing & balancing of chlorine & pH each week with weekly report. Quarterly chemical report & balance of calcium harness, alkalinity, phosphates & cyanotic acid included. 

CHEMICAL PLUS

$125 / MONTH*

Includes all Chem Only services.

In addition, includes weekly debris removal of all baskets (e.g. skimmer, pump, etc.), pool cleaner (e.g. bag, leaf canister, etc.) & inspection of pool equipment. 

FULL SERVICE

$159 / MONTH*

Includes all Chemical Plus services.

In addition, includes brushing of pool walls & steps, raking surface debris, floor vacuum (as needed), filter backwash (if applicable). Cartridge filter cleaner, not included ($99 per cleaning. Typical pools require cleaning twice a year, on average). Service time minimum 15 minutes per visit. Actual monthly rate determined at time of pool consultation. 

VIP SERVICE

$199 / MONTH*

Includes all Full services.

In addition, includes monthly chemical report & balance of calcium hardness, alkalinity, phosphates, & cyanuric acid. Tile rushing with specialized tile soap. Complimentary skimmer & pump basket replacements (as needed). Discounted cartridge filter cleanings ($10 off per cleaning). Service time minimum 20 minutes per visit. Actual monthly rate determined at time of pool consultation. 

Mineral ion system**

PRICE VARIES - ANNUAL BILLING

An annual change will be applied every April for all services of the installation of mineral ion.

 

  • $79 for pools up to 20k gallons.
  • $99 for pools 20k-30k gallons.
  • For pools over 30k gallons, pricing range from $125 - $199 pending actual pool size. 

*Chlorine included on all services up to four gallons of liquid &/or up to eight pounds of dry per month. Dry balancers are included up to 10 pounds per month. Phosphate removal included up to one quart per month. Water clarifier & polishers included on all services, as needed. Any additional chemicals will be billed on an as needed basis per month. 




**For some pools, based on size & usage, a booster may be required 6 months after initial installation. If a booster is required, a charge of $39 will be applied at time of application.
